The group will run a programme of activities to combat isolation and improve the lives of vulnerable people living across County Durham. The project will support people experiencing serious issues, particularly domestic abuse, drug and alcohol misuse, family breakdown, crime and poverty and the threat of children being taken into care. The project will offer a range of practical support and solutions to improve skills, confidence and life chances.
