A total of 17 groups that are making a real difference to families and communities across Northern Ireland, have been awarded £4,826,828 through grants from The National Lottery Community Fund.
74 communities across Wales successfully applied to The National Lottery Community Fund for grants worth £3,401,711 this month. Many of the projects directly target improving mental health in communities across Wales.
