Project overview

The project will use the funding to create a wrap around service to support local communities and youth provision services with the capacity to meet their mental health wellbeing and distinctive social requirements and support. This will also include a wide spectrum of training and support to families carers and local community projects with the aim to reduce isolation while providing a safe all-inclusive and diverse environment for young people and adults.
