Project overview

Over three years KidCare4U will use �98022 to continue to support individuals who have language barrier issues and are unaware of how to access some essential services. They will provide advice and support to the Black Asian and minority ethnicity community in a variety of ways including signposting support accessing services job and training support social activities for isolated older people. Dros dair blynedd bydd KidCare4U yn defnyddio �98022 i barhau i gefnogi unigolion sydd � phroblemau rhwystrau iaith ac nad ydynt yn ymwybodol o sut i gael mynediad at rai gwasanaethau hanfodol. Byddant yn rhoi cyngor a chymorth i'r gymuned Du Asiaidd a lleiafrifoedd ethnig mewn amrywiaeth o ffyrdd gan gynnwys cyfeirio cymorth i gael mynediad at wasanaethau cymorth swyddi a hyfforddiant gweithgareddau cymdeithasol ar gyfer pobl hn ynysig.
