The funding will be used to cover core costs to continue and expand the group's charity caf� and community hub which provides activities and opportunities for adults with disabilities following the aftermath of the pandemic. The project aims to overcome feelings of isolation and improve overall wellbeing whilst giving the beneficiaries a sense of purpose within their community.
