The project will use the funding to pay for two park benches and a picnic table so that local walkers and cyclists can rest. There are also plans to establish a drinking water tap to help cut back on plastic waste. The project has gained increased support from local walkers and cyclists due to increased popularity of outdoor pursuits throughout the COVID 19 pandemic.
