Optimistic Living - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used by the project to continue its 1 to 1 support to older people who are lonely and very social isolated. It takes the form of a twelve week programme which will build up individuals confidence signpost and support individuals in joining in with activities to reduce their isolation.
