Cooking for Health - Project

Project overview

The project will be use the funding to deliver cooking classes for adults in Ashington to help tackle issues of food poverty poor diets obesity and food waste. This will help to develop the cooking skills of participants enabling them to cook healthy family meals on a limited budget and encourage healthy lifestyles. This aims to reduce isolation improve confidence and wellbeing.
