GLOW in west Belfast is using a �10000 grant to develop and strengthen their personal development programmes and design and deliver a bespoke Train the Trainer programme for GLOW facilitators. This will increase the confidence mental wellbeing and skills of the participants and the trainers whilst providing the opportunity to build new friendships.
