The funding will be used to provide nutritious healthy meals essentials and practical support for the diverse community of vulnerable older residents in Tower Hamlets. The project aims to ensure older people in the community do not suffer from food poverty malnutrition loneliness and declining health due to the effects of recent lockdowns and Covid19.
