Nurture in Nature - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to continue delivery of a social and horticulture therapy programme which offers those with mental health issues who are socially isolated physically impaired or may be categorised as vulnerable adults therapy through horticulture. The project aims to improve physical and mental health as well as communication and thinking skills. The project supports people in the community and those transitioning back into the community from hospital and supported accommodation with the confidence and social skills needed for day to day life.
