Project overview

The funding will be used to offer support and activities for disadvantaged families who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic the support service will include telephone support singing and group sessions on family and health matters . The project aims to connect people to reduce social isolation and build relationships to strengthen the community and become more resilient to help them address any barriers that they face.
