Project overview

This project will support people within hospitals and hospices who have a limited lifespan to fill their time with meaningful experiences and create an honest record of their life making notes of wisdom they have gained upon their journey. It will create a lasting memory for family members to look through with a book filled with 12 adventures that brought them joy allowing families to grieve and find joy at a difficult time.
