Project overview

The funding will be used to continue the development and expansion of Community Support programmes that are already being delivered from Barnham and Eastergate Community Hubs (village halls). This programme seeks to tackle social isolation amongst the elderly and young families. Activities include befriending welcoming and a range of activities including coffee mornings film nights and family groups. )
