Church View Apartments - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to fund three support workers who will work in a newly developed apartment complex that will house vulnerable individuals families and couples who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The workers will equip and help people to overcome the issues that prevent them moving into a sustainable long-term independent home helping to improve wellbeing.
