Project overview

The funding is being used to support older women in west London through an Active Seniors� Online Social Club offering digital literacy training accessible online exercise classes information about relevant fitness activities in COVID-safe settings peer support and a virtual social space. The group will recruit youth volunteers to provide the digital literacy training and support to older women in their families / neighbourhoods to help them connect to the Internet and participate in the online activities.
