Looking Forward - Project

Project overview

This project will support the physical and emotional wellbeing of older BAME people in the community that have been affected by COVID. It will support them to adapt to new challenges to build confidence to leave their home and reduce isolation. The group will offer regular support from a Bi-lingual speaking Older People�s Support Worker help to access nutritious food basic supplies medicine to support their physical health and social care. Online group chats and get together and the volunteering team will support people online and in person when safe to do so accompanying users to parks shops chemist.
