Project overview

This funding is being used to run a health and wellbeing project focusing on recreational activities for adults 25-60 years old with a focus on women and vulnerable people from the Turkish and Kurdish speaking community in North London. The activities provided will range from fitness and exercise related activities to mindfulness activities. An online forum will run alongside sessions and information on the portal will be accompanied by short- animated videos regular social media posts and live Q & A sessions on a range of topics about physical and mental wellbeing.
