Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver a range of support to vulnerable communities living in the Poplar area of Tower Hamlets with a focus on those from black Asian minority ethnic (BAME) communities. The project aims to provide a variety of intervention including housing employment family matters social issues cultural issues mental health and social isolation.
