The funding will be used to ensure culturally appropriate food support and advice is available in Congolese languages to older and isolated people in the Woolwich Abbey Wood Thamesmead and Erith community. The project aims to create a network of support by way of social media to communicate and share information to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
