Project overview

The funding will be used to build the capacity and outreach of the company which aims to combat social isolation amongst the elderly by providing resources for them to digitally communicate with loved ones. The project will enable the group to deliver a trio of digital people-led programmes designed to create long-term links between care homes and the community.
