The funding will be used to restore face to face meetings expand online networking sessions with a focus on health issues such as Cancer and Diabetes and support members with weekly 'drop-in' sessions with volunteer leaders in order to reduce isolation and encourage positive mental health particularly for those struggling with other health conditions.
