Project overview

The funding will be used to continue to deliver the project's meals on wheels service for older people vulnerable residents and those with mental health issues. The volunteers will also help pick up essentials and provide beneficiaries with a social and telephone support network. The aims to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
