This group will use the funding to develop and run a programme of outdoor-based well-being activities with a focus on people affected by social isolation people with poor mental health and children/families. The activities will include after school clubs community events and therapeutic nature based social activities. The project aims to improve residents well-being reduced isolation and increased confidence.
