Project overview

Y Services for Young People will use the funding over five years to support young people (11-19) in Winchester Fareham Gosport and Havant to lead safe healthy lives through delivering outreach work group work and one to one support. Activities will include youth clubs for young people with disabilities and additional needs health and wellbeing drop-in sessions in community venues and zoom sessions including catch ups quizzes and activities.
