Moorland STAR in Cardiff will provide home delivered hot meals and support packages to older people who are isolated due to COVID-19. �10000 will fund food delivery and utilities. Bydd Moorland STAR yng Nghaerdydd yn darparu prydau poeth a phecynnau cymorth cartref i bobl hn sydd wedi'u hynysu oherwydd COVID-19. Bydd �10000 yn ariannu bwyd cludo a chyfleustodau.
