Project overview

The project will use the funding to continue their online support services for isolated older people and young people with mental health issues in Carlisle and surrounding areas. This will include a Covid-19 awareness courses development of online face-to-face sessions and eventually workshops at local venues. This aims to reduce isolation and improve mental wellbeing.
