Fitness and Well-being sessions for vulnerable young adults - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver fitness sessions for young people living in supported accommodation. Participants will be provided with the opportunity to gain structure in their lives and discuss issues pertaining to them with those in similar situations and receive support and signposting from staff. The group aims to reduce isolation and poor mental health and promote wellbeing which has deteriorated due to the pandemic.
