The funding will be used to support children with special education needs and their families through the Covid crisis. Mentors will provide assistance with benefits housing finances and attending medical appointments as well as providing essential items and activity packs for SEN children who have been unable to return to education due to their health condition. The project aims to improve self-esteem and mental health whilst reducing the risk of these families reaching crisis point.
