Hunslet Youth in Need - Project

Project overview

The project is using funding to deliver a co-ordinated support programme working with the most disadvantaged young people in South Leeds from all backgrounds including mental health wellbeing behavioural issues homelessness family breakdown and poverty and deprivation. Each young person will work with a youth worker who will assess their needs and develop a personalised action plan with achievable action points and targets. The project reduces isolation and helps integrate young people into the community.
