Amber Valley CVS in rural Derbyshire is the local infrastructure support organisation for the voluntary sector and functions as a volunteer centre. They respond to local gaps in provision and run services such as their face to face befriending service which supports around 80 isolated elderly and disabled. Funding will enable the organisation to continue to support community groups
