Project overview

Active Communities Network delivers projects across all regions of the UK acting as a lead agency for the sports youth and community development sector. The project will support the most vulnerable young males of Sudanese Albanian Iraqi and Kurdish heritage living in Portsmouth through a co-produced programme of outreach and relationship building. The project will build new outreach mentoring and activity programmes with this group.
