The funding will help keep the project's community hub running which has been at risk due to the financial strains caused by the pandemic. The Vench supports vulnerable young people with access to food during the school holidays and volunteers are also tackling child obesity rates in the area. This aims to help those experiencing food poverty and improve overall wellbeing.
