Penparcau Community Forum will continue to provide a daily support service that benefits the most medically vulnerable as well as the wider community through the work of the Penparcau Action Team. �42245 over one year will cover costs for staff and volunteers marketing and publicity equipment monitoring and evaluation. Bydd Fforwm Cymunedol Penparcau'n parhau i ddarparu gwasanaeth cefnogi dyddiol y bydd y rhai sydd fwyaf bregus yn feddygol yn elwa ohono yn ogystal �'r t�m cymunedol ehangach trwy waith T�m Gweithredu Penparcau.
