South People�s Projects (SOPRO) in Newport will support people of African (especially Congolese) descent who are shielding from COVID-19 with emergency food parcels and hygiene products. �9440 will fund food and hygiene products volunteers� costs project coordinator salary fuel publicity and project evaluation.
