Project overview

The funding will provide the organisation with the ability to continue to provide a critical connection to senior decision makers across the health and care system and Government. This link is critical to feeding valuable information about things such as kidney patients being unable to access dialysis because hospital transport stopped young people losing access to school and counselling and access to food and medicine.
