Project overview

Blackmountain Action Group based in west Belfast is using a grant of �8540 to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic by providing one-to-one mentoring for young people who are deemed as high risk. The young people will complete personal development plans that promote positive mental health along with gaining support with their educational needs. The money is also being used to continue their online activities to ensure young people remain connected and supported during this time.
