Project overview

Transition Network is a movement of communities coming together to reimagine and rebuild our world. It will distribute grants to support its network of 270 transition groups which are community led initiatives with a climate action and environmental emphasis. This project will provide groups with additional resources to continue running through the crisis. These grants will provide additional support to existing projects that have been impacted by COVID eg community resilience neighbourhood support local food growing support for disadvantaged groups.
