Project overview

GoodGym is a charity and company limited by guarantee that helps people to combine regular exercise with volunteering in the community. Typically this involves connecting runners with older people to provide practical assistance and/or social visits. Currently GoodGym is experiencing a large increase in demand for support to older and vulnerable people. This funding will cover core costs and costs associated with delivering support to vulnerable people over the next 6 months.
