The funding will be used to help vulnerable families isolated elderly and shielded patients in the local community specifically through food provision and exercise. The project uses sport to empower inspire and motivate local families. It offers an inclusive approach working alongside the whole family to offer sports and fun activities to improve fitness and build confidence.
