Self-help UK works with over 300 self-help/peer support groups and networks and works to support and encourage self-help primarily relating to health. The funding will be used to support self-help groups to restart after lockdown launch a new COVID-19 Survivor Peer Support Group in Nottinghamshire and recruit new volunteers
