Project overview

The project will use funding to meet an increase in demand and provide a range of services such as shopping and prescription collections food parcels information and advice and telephone befriending. The project aims to target the most vulnerable who are at high risk of Covid-19 and should not leave their homes and those with disabilities who may be unable to leave their homes to ensure they receive the support required.
