Project overview

A project that is being run online during the COVID-19 lockdown. It combines a range of fitness wellbeing mentoring and peer support activities for young women aged 11 to 18 to help tackle loneliness social isolation integration inactivity mental health issues and obesity. It also promotes female empowerment protects young women through safeguarding and provides a safe space to meet new friends and offer emotional support.
