Project overview

The funding will be used to run a telephone clinic to support people with dementia in Bath and North East Somerset. For individuals with memory problems COVID-19 presents an additional problem of them not understanding why usual life has changed so dramatically. The project will ensure individuals with dementia and their families have continuity of care and support during the crisis.
