Rapid Response Information Hub- COVID19 - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used to provide a range of Covid-19 support including shopping; prescription collection; welfare calls; welfare visits to those most in crisis; delivery of food parcels; arranging hot food deliveries; being a local point of contact for other agencies to refer to them and being a rapid response to those being discharged from hospital. The project promotes the health and well-being of people in later life by providing services; identifying gaps in provision; and by influencing policy and decision makers.
