First Steps Women's Centre based in Dungannon is using a �10000 grant to run health and well-being programmes for women across the Mid Ulster council area providing them with the tools and skills to cope and recover from the trauma of the COVID-19 pandemic. Courses include confidence building assertiveness living life to the full managing stress creative writing mindfulness and yoga.
