Project overview

The Fern Partnership will build on the organisation's current provision in Ferndale Rhondda Cynon Taf creating a community hub in the former Ferndale Infants School and providing additional community-based activities that will increase community cohesion improve health and wellbeing learning and employability. �347356 over five years will fund staff project delivery and management costs. Bydd Partneriaeth Fern yn adeiladu ar ddarpariaeth bresennol y sefydliad yng Nglynrhedynog Rhondda Cynon Taf gan greu canolfan gymunedol yn hen Ysgol Fabanod Glynrhedynog a darparu gweithgareddau cymunedol ychwanegol a fydd yn cynyddu cydlyniant cymunedol yn gwella iechyd a lles dysgu a chyflogadwyedd.
