Project overview

The funding will enable the project to run free heath and wellbeing sessions for families with young children aged 0-5 years in the rural communities of Teignbridge and Dartmoor. Sessions will include play natural crafts parent/child yoga and mental and community health support to reduce isolation and enable signposting to partner agencies.
