This project is run by people with mental health problems and supports people in the same situation by offering horticultural therapy. Activities including gardening, wood carving, willow weaving and brick laying will improve people’s wellbeing. People will also have the opportunity to socialise with other likeminded individuals, encouraging them to support each other and build relationships.
