Balanced Lives Barry and The Vale - Project

Project overview

The project will improve the health and well-being of older people Barry and the Vale of Glamorgan by delivering sessions and activities that focus on preventative health, mental health and mobility. They will achieve this by delivering three programmes, each run over at least two hours per week, over 45 weeks each project year. The grant, over three years, will fund salaries, marketing, travel & expenses, recruitment and overheads.
